Garlic Sesame Chicken & Broccoli | Easy Slow Cooker Takeout Recipe

Today we’re going to be making Garlic Sesame Chicken and Broccoli. Any slow cooker meal is always a favorite of mine. A recipe like this is a great way to have a delicious hot meal prepped and ready to go for the week without breaking the calorie bank or spending the entire day meal prepping. INGREDIENT AMOUNTS: (MAKES 3 SERVINGS)


1LB Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (450g)
2LB Fresh Broccoli (900g)

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
2 TBSP     Soy Sauce (30ml)
1 TBSP     Apple Cider Vinegar (15ml)
.5 TBSP    Sesame Oil (7ml)
2 TSP       Stevia or Sweetener of Choice (7g)
1.5 TBSP  Sesame Seeds (10g)
2 TSP       Minced Garlic (5g)
1 TBSP    Fresh Grated Ginger (5g)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Dice Chicken Breast into equal pieces and place evenly into slow cooker. In a bowl, add sauce ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Pour sauce over chicken and cook on high for 3 hours (Or Low for 6 Hours). 1.5 hours into cooking time, place chopped broccoli into crock pot and close the lid to finish cooking. Once cook time is complete or chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), serve and enjoy.
