Spicy Garlic Zucchini Chips | Oven Roasted Vegetable Crisps

Today we’re making Spicy Garlic Zucchini Chips! This is a really simple and easy way to spice up an otherwise boring snack without having to add any extra calories into your day. This method is also something that’s fully customizable and can be used with different spice combinations, or even different fruits and vegetables (cinnamon apple chips sound amazing!). I really hope you give this one a try, be sure to let me know if you do and subscribe to the YouTube channel if you’d like to see more, I put out new cooking videos every month.

INGREDIENT AMOUNTS: (MAKES 1 LARGE SERVING)

5oz Fresh Zucchini (150g)
(to taste) Salt
Pepper
Hot Paprika
Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS:

Slice Zucchini into thin, uniform slices and lay flat on a foil-lined baking sheet. Season both sides with your spice blend and place in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 minutes, flipping the chips half way through cooking. Remove when browned and crispy and let cool on a baking rack before serving.
