Today we’re going to be making chocolate banana cookies! This is an adapted recipe from listotic that I just fell in love with and had to share. These are so tasty for only 75 calories per cookie they’re sure to make it into your meal prep rotation. The few batches I’ve made have came out moist and delicious every time. INGREDIENT AMOUNTS: (MAKES 5 COOKIES)
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (40g)
1 Large Banana (135g)
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (10g)
1 tbsp Chocolate Chips (14g)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pulse oats in blender or food processor until an 'rough' flour consistency is reached. Combine in banana and cocoa powder and blend until thoroughly combined. Divide 'dough' into equal portions and form into cookies. Top with a few chocolate chips and bake on a nonstick pan for 10-12 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Let cool then serve and enjoy!
