Yukon Gold Potatoes | Oven Roasted Potato Recipe

Today we're making Oven-Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes! These potatoes are so fast, easy & flavorful, they’ve been a staple for my meal preps since I first tried them. They come out to just over 200 calories per serving and are so satisfying. Between the intense flavor from the spices, the crispy outside, and the melt-in-your-mouth inside, these are a must try. I really hope you do, be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you think!

INGREDIENTS: (MAKES 6 SERVINGS)

• Yukon Gold Potatoes (1350g/5 Potatoes)
• Peanut Oil (3 TBSP)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Onion Powder
• Paprika
• Chili Powder

Feel free to use any kind of potato or oil for this recipe if you have some around the house already! This recipe works great with every variation I've tried. Also, all of the spices will be around 1 tsp (or to taste), you'll probably use more than you think you need but the potatoes need a lot if you wan't the flavors to be prominent.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop your potatoes into approximately 1" cubes, and place in a bag with your oil and spices. Mix thoroughly, and spread evenly onto a pan with a coating of non-stick spray. Bake for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, turning potatoes half way through for even crisping. Serve and enjoy!
