IMG_8401.jpg

Today we’re going to be making pumpkin fluff dip! Kudos to my wife for coming up with this one, the recipe is dead simple and will only takes about 5 minutes of active prep time to complete. This fluff is so amazing, all of our friends and family always rave about it at any party or event we bring it to, even those that aren’t watching their calories.

At 175 calories per serving, this will make a great guilt-free addition to the spread for your upcoming holiday party. It goes great with apple slices, or nilla wafers if you have the calories to spare.
